The sky returns to upstate Western New York. It’s wonderful to see it after days of grey clouds!
It’s been a while since we’ve had Trader Joe’s sweet potato fries. Tossing them into the air fryer meant an easy dinner.
It’s no surprise the grey clouds are still here in upstate Western New York. They’ll persist until March. Sigh.
Noodle night. Grins. Spaghetti. We’ll return to Tuesday being the scheduled time for noodle night once we’re done with the holidays.

It’s been a week since we’ve had rice, so we settled on Trader Joe’s veggie rice. The vegans (Another family member and me) added barbecue tofu to it.
I’ve been trying to get a deer picture for weeks. Last night I went to the grocery store for ice cream and didn’t have my phone with me. What did I see? A deer at the mall eating from a small patch of trees. ARGH. As usual, it’s another grey clouds day in upstate Western New York.
It’s clean out the fridge of the leftover goulash. Grins.
