I’ve been looking for this lighthouse each time I went to Lake Ontario. I passed it today by accident and turned around to take winter photographs of it. If you want to know more, the website it: https://geneseelighthouse.org/

While I was at Lake Ontario, I stopped at a nearby pond. This is the pond I’ve taken photographs at before. Now it has ice on it.
It’s harder to find places to photograph during the winter, so I keep visiting the lake and ponds near it. Once the season changes, I’ll have photographs of other places.
The grey clouds return to upstate Western New York.
I can’t recall the last time we’ve had stuffed peppers. It might have been a year or two ago. However, a family member keeps requesting them, so I figured it was time to make them. These were easy since I used the air fryer. I used the oven the last time we had them.
Monday is baking day. The baker (me) made mixed fruit this week. We had extra’s from a canceled Christmas celebration due to the family getting COVID or needing to quarantine. Sigh. Using the fruit in muffins is a perfect way to make sure it doesn’t go to waste or spoil.
It’s cold, but we have blue skies and grey clouds in upstate Western New York. Temps will raise throughout the week until they return to the twenties near/on the weekend.
Quick dinner. Pot stickers are tasty, and it’s awesome when you can find vegan ones. These are from BJ’s in the frozen food section.
The grey clouds brought snow with them to upstate Western New York.
Burritos. They’re an excellent way to have veggies before they spoil. Plus, they’re tasty.
