Summer. June 30th, 2022.

Blue skies in upstate Western New York. Temps are close to eighty. Can’t believe it’s the end of the month, and we’re halfway through the year.

Taco salad. Peppers, onions, corn, Violife cheese, and salsa.

Noodle night. One pan cooking. Combine everything and cook until soft.

I have doctor appointments today, so my weekly unique picture update is delayed until next week.
