Star enjoys bird watching in the morning. We have a feeder outside the kitchen window.

Winter. November 23rd, 2021.

It snowed this morning, but by the afternoon the usual grey clouds lingered.

I took about a dozen pictures today, but I haven’t posted them on my journal/blog yet. I’ll do it after I finish my writing, but here’s my noodle night photograph since it’s Tuesday. We tend to have pasta of some type every Tuesday.

Winter. November 22nd, 2021.

We’re in a snow advisory. They said expect four to seven inches by morning. I took my usual four pictures earlier, but didn’t post them until now since I had to get my writing done. It was snowing while I was doing deliveries, but not enough to cover the ground.

Dinner. November 22nd, 2021.

Quick dinner in the air fryer. Onion rings.

Muffin Monday. November 22nd, 2021.

Monday is baking day. Muffin Monday this week is apple cinnamon.

Dinner. November 21st, 2021.

Trader Joe’s veggie tots sounded perfect. I do them in the air fryer, leaving them crisp on the outside and soft inside. They’re useful for when we don’t know what to have, or don’t want to cook.

Winter. November 21st, 2021…

The grey clouds are still here. It’s been raining for hours, but this might be the end of it until Thursday. It’ll turn colder after mid-week, getting to the thirties during the day. It won’t be long before the snow arrives, and stays for months.

Dinner. November 20th, 2021.

I’ve been trying to add more vegetables to my meals. Salad is a perfect way to do this. This one had peppers, onions, carrots, Daiya cheese, Bacos, and grapes. Plus a vegan poppyseed dressing.

Winter. November 20th, 2021…

The clouds returned to upstate Western New York. It’s the weekend, I’m not doing much. I’m loading/patching my games on the Xbox. I plan to play the Sims 4 after doing deliveries for three hours, plus I found another I might play.
