It snow. Time to decorate the house for Christmas.
Tried the Trader Joe’s vegan turkey. I prefer Gardein’s. Cooking this in the air fryer didn’t turn out well. Shrugs. Next time I’ll cook it in the oven.
I added more photographs. Today’s dinner, plus five of the Christmas decorations I’ve seen around the city. These are from Hooligans, a restaurant.
Wanted to use what we had in the freezer and the veggies from last week. Beyond Meat sweet Italian sausage with peppers and cheese was perfect.
We were craving a hamburger. Beyond Meat’s came to the rescue.
We’ve been trying to add more vegetables to our dinners, so we settled on salad once a week. Todays is vegan chicken, carrots, bacos, Daiya cheese, and peppers.
Tuesdays tend to be noodle night. This week it’s goulash. I’ve added it to the November page.

I bake every Monday, which turned into Muffin Monday. These are the ones I baked this week.
I organized my images on my computer, making it easier to find them. I’ve been taking pictures since 2018, so there were a lot to copy and paste into the folders. Now I can find them without searching for the one I want. Anyhow, I posted tonight’s dinner. It was a simple meal, so I didn’t have to cook much, but it’s start of adding my photographs to this site.
