We couldn’t figure out what to have, so we settled on pot stickers. These are new ones for us. We found them at BJ’s, and they’re nice since they don’t have a lot of sodium. My kidney’s don’t prefer high sodium foods, and they remind me of this by hurting after I eat something.
It snowed earlier, but the sun returned in upstate Western New York.
We needed to finish the leftover pasta from earlier. Added Gardein chicken with it.
It’s day four of the dreary winter in upstate Western New York. It’s raining today, which makes it worse. Snow is predicted soon.
It’s another day of grey skies in upstate Western New York. Winter won’t leave until March, so we’ll have grey skies for months.
Tuesdays tends to be noodle night. This week it’s spaghetti with a Gardein meatball. I don’t have tomato sauce due to my kidney disease. The sauce on this is barbecue from Trader Joe’s.
I added four photographs to the Winter section. I’m working on making it a routine to take pictures every day since I want to expand this website and build a portfolio. Anyhow, it’s another dreary day in upstate Western New York.
Storm moved in. It hailed while I was doing DoorDash.
Beyond Meat hamburger with a chocolate chip muffin. They were requested. I’ve added the image to the dinner collection for November.
