Dinner. April 12th, 2022.
Noodle night. I wanted sauce. It’s not something I have often due to my kidney disease. However, I found this vegan one and it doesn’t hurt my kidney the way other tomato sauce does.
Dinner. December 12th, 2021.
Dinner is tofu with noodles. It sounded perfect, and I’ve been trying to add more tofu into our meals. The processed vegan food works for when we want to eat something quick, but the sodium causes my kidney to ache. Tofu doesn’t do this.
Kidney stone/disease.
Going to the hospital/ER. I think I have another kidney stone. Sigh. Will post December 5th pictures later/when I return.
