The cloudless sky was wonderful while it lasted. The clouds return to upstate Western New York. Sigh.

Having Beyond Meat’s sweet Italian sausage with onion rings is awesome together.

The clouds are gone in upstate Western New York. It’s wonderful to see the sky, but it’s cold. Storms are coming later this weekend and into next week.

Fridays tend to be the day when we have pizza. This week we didn’t want to go out, so I made English muffins pizza.

Blue skies and clouds in upstate Western New York. We’re having snow squalls, but they don’t last long.

Sweet and sour tofu with brown rice. We ordered this often from the takeout places, but I prefer making it myself. I hesitate to go to those places since I’m not sure if they’re meals are vegan as they claim.

The predicted snow hasn’t arrived, but it might come tonight and into Friday morning. However, the usual grey clouds are here in upstate Western New York.
