Happy New Year, y’all. The grey clouds returned and this time they brought fog with them. We’re under a storm warning/advisory. Four inches of snow and an ice storm might be arriving soon.
Ma’s birthday is today, while dads is tomorrow. (I know, they’re weird.) She wanted a hamburger, so I tossed Beyond Meat’s into the air fryer.
The sky returns to upstate Western New York. It’s wonderful to see it after days of grey clouds!
It’s been a while since we’ve had Trader Joe’s sweet potato fries. Tossing them into the air fryer meant an easy dinner.
It’s no surprise the grey clouds are still here in upstate Western New York. They’ll persist until March. Sigh.

It’s been a week since we’ve had rice, so we settled on Trader Joe’s veggie rice. The vegans (Another family member and me) added barbecue tofu to it.
